I’ve spent 15 years in workforce development, starting when I was 23 in local career centers where resources and time are stretched impossibly thin. I know what it’s like to manage massive caseloads with outdated systems, write the same email 47 times, and wonder if anyone outside our field actually understands what we do.

I’m good at creating systems that work, training without overwhelming people, and making inefficient processes more manageable. I’ve worked on apprenticeship programs, automated workflows that saved hours every week, and explained workforce development concepts to employers, stakeholders, and partners more times than I can count.

After working in local implementation for years at a Career One-Stop affiliate, I moved into state-level workforce development. I’ve been on both sides now. I know what it’s like when policy doesn’t match reality on the ground.

I’m a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and a member of the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA).

I also quit three jobs in a row over a two-year period, which taught me more about boundaries, values, and what actually matters than any professional development course ever could.

Now I focus on helping other workforce professionals work smarter without burning out.
